The value for money at this hotel is incredible! Not only is the pricing reasonable, but they also pay attention to every little detail. The rooms come with a terrace that offers stunning views of the lagoon, and there's even direct access to the water. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Plus, the complimentary use of kayaks and bicycles is a fantastic addition, allowing guests to explore the surrounding area easily.

The hotel boasts a convenient location, allowing guests to easily walk or cycle to the city center. The shared pier access is also a plus, providing a serene and comparatively private place to relax by the water. The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating, always eager to assist with plans and tours. On top of that, we enjoyed the complimentary use of kayaks and bicycles.

Given the lack of breakfast offered, it would have been beneficial to have at least a coffee maker in the room for a quick morning pick-me-up. However, this was really the only downside to our stay.

I had a wonderful stay with great facilities. My room was clean and spacious with air conditioning and a mini fridge. The hotel had a gym, bikes, kayaks, and a private pier with comfortable sun-beds, swings.

The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a lovely terrace where I could sip my morning coffee and take in the scenery.

The Bacalar Collection: Lagoon House truly stands out for its stunning location right in front of the lake. The room had everything I needed and was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The private pier access was a definite highlight, offering a quiet and serene space to enjoy the lagoon. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
